Cancellation and Refund Policy

All Transactions Are Final

Thank you for using SuperUPI. Please review this policy before making a transaction. By using SuperUPI to send financial support to a Creator, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

1. No Refunds

SuperUPI is a technology platform that enables users to send direct financial support and digital messages to Creators.
All transactions made through SuperUPI are final and are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Once a payment has been successfully completed, the payment is submitted through our payment processing system for settlement to the intended Creator.
SuperUPI cannot cancel, reverse, or refund the transaction after successful processing.
Users are responsible for confirming the payment amount and message before completing the transaction.

2. When the Service Is Considered Completed

SuperUPI provides a digital service that facilitates the delivery of Creator Support and related digital interactions. The service is considered completed when: (a) your payment has been successfully processed; and (b) your name and message, where applicable, have been successfully delivered to the Creator through the SuperUPI platform. Because this service is delivered digitally and is initiated immediately after payment, it cannot ordinarily be undone once processing has been completed.

3. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Users agree not to initiate an illegitimate chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for a transaction that was successfully completed and for which the SuperUPI service was provided.
Submitting a false or fraudulent dispute after receiving the service may be considered payment abuse or friendly fraud and may result in account action.
SuperUPI may restrict or permanently suspend the user's account, restrict future transactions, or provide relevant transaction information to payment processors where legally permitted.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where a transaction was genuinely unauthorized or fraudulent.

4. Blocked Messages and Account Restrictions

SuperUPI may automatically or manually block messages that violate our Community Guidelines, including messages containing prohibited, abusive, hateful, or otherwise restricted content. If your message is blocked, or if your account is restricted or suspended because of a policy violation, the original transaction remains non-refundable.

5. Accidental Payments and Incorrect Amounts

Please carefully review your transaction before confirming it.
SuperUPI does not provide refunds solely because you entered the wrong support amount.
SuperUPI does not provide refunds solely because you entered an incorrect message.
SuperUPI does not provide refunds solely because you changed your mind after completing the payment.
SuperUPI does not provide refunds solely because you accidentally submitted the transaction.
Once a payment has been successfully processed, it is treated as final.

6. Creator-Initiated Refunds

SuperUPI operates as a technology intermediary between supporters and Creators. Once funds have been processed and settled to a Creator, SuperUPI cannot guarantee or process a refund on the Creator's behalf. If you believe a Creator should return your payment, you may contact the Creator directly. Any decision to return funds outside the SuperUPI platform is solely at the Creator's discretion.

7. Technical Errors

If you believe that a transaction was affected by a genuine technical problem — for example, a payment being processed more than once because of a system error — please contact SuperUPI as soon as possible with your Transaction/Reference ID.
