Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SuperUPI, presently offered in a beta/testing phase to a limited set of users. By creating an account or using SuperUPI to send or receive a donation, you agree to these Terms.

1. What SuperUPI Is

SuperUPI is a technical platform that allows a Streamer to receive donations from Donors via a unique link, and to display real-time on-stream alerts, goal widgets, and donor leaderboards when a donation is received. SuperUPI acts as a technical facilitator connecting Donors, Streamers, and our payment processing partner (Razorpay). Our role is limited to processing the payment, correctly attributing it to the intended Streamer, triggering the associated on-stream alert/widget data, and facilitating payout of the Streamer's share.

2. Beta Phase

SuperUPI is currently under active development and provided on an as-is and as-available basis during this beta period. Features may change, be added, or removed without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during this phase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Streamer account or send a donation through SuperUPI.

4. Streamer Accounts

You must provide accurate information during signup and onboarding, including your phone number, streaming platform link, and payout details.
New Streamer accounts undergo a manual verification process before gaining full access to the dashboard. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request further information at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the payout details (UPI/bank account) you provide. We are not liable for a payout sent to an incorrect account resulting from information you provided incorrectly.

5. Donations

All donations made through SuperUPI are voluntary contributions from a Donor to a Streamer. The amount is chosen entirely by the Donor.
Donations are processed by Razorpay. SuperUPI does not directly handle, store, or have access to a Donor's full payment card or banking credentials.
A donation is not a purchase of goods or services from SuperUPI; it is a voluntary payment to the Streamer, facilitated by our platform.

6. Fees

SuperUPI deducts a platform fee from each donation before paying out the remaining amount to the Streamer. The current fee percentage is displayed within the Streamer dashboard.
Razorpay's own payment processing fee is deducted separately, in addition to SuperUPI's platform fee.
Fee percentages may be changed by us from time to time; Streamers will be notified of any change via the dashboard or email.

7. Payouts

Streamer payouts are processed directly to your verified UPI ID or bank account — instant payout within 48 hours of donation receipt. For high-value transactions or new accounts, payouts may undergo standard anti-fraud review. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a payout where we suspect fraud, a violation of these Terms, or where required by our payment processing partner or applicable law.

8. Prohibited Use

Gambling, betting, or lottery activity.
Adult content, pornography, or sexual services.
Any activity that is illegal under Indian law.
Attempting to circumvent, exploit, or abuse the platform's payment or alert systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the technical facilitation described in Section 1. Once a payment has been correctly processed and attributed, and the corresponding alert data has been transmitted, our service for that transaction is considered rendered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperUPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform, its users, or our payment processing partners.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform develops. Continued use of SuperUPI after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of SuperUPI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.
